The heycarta.com site, the HeyCarta brand, the interface, marketing copy, and platform source code are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Menus, images, and content published by restaurants remain the property of their respective authors. HeyCarta acts as a technical host for this content on behalf of its customers.

The AI assistant relies on data published by each establishment. It does not replace staff guidance for severe allergies.
